The Gastronaut is my personal blog. I am a fan of writing, worldbuilding, drinks, and food. I have my degree from Johnson and Wales University, Culinary Arts and Food Service Management B.S. with a minor in Food Studies. My focus has been on the outward effects of the hospitality industry and the changes we are seeing post COVID-19 pandemic. My professional career has been built at Relais & Châteaux and 4-Star Forbes properties. Before these, I used to work for the Boston Scouts: BSA council. I am also an avid fan of fantasy, sci-fi, and fictional works.
